1. Object

The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter: GTC) govern the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales offered by Passeport Beauté, c/o Sigma Consulting SA, having its registered office at Avenue des Baumettes 13, 1020 Renens, Switzerland (hereinafter Boutique).

  1. Purchase

General principle

Any order placed in the Shop (hereinafter referred to as a purchase) implies acceptance of these GTC by the member/purchaser.


Any purchase successfully completed is subject to a confirmation message on your browser and an e-mail confirming receipt of the purchase.

The sales contract is deemed to have been concluded when the purchase is confirmed.

Obligation of member/purchaser

The purchaser undertakes to provide valid contact details when ordering and to pay the requested price if paying by invoice.

Buyer’s address

Only buyers domiciled in Switzerland or Liechtenstein may order products from the Shop.

Right of objection

The purchase may be contested by the purchaser within 7 days of receipt of the Passeport Beauté or renewal. This objection must be made in writing (email or post), which the store must confirm it has received. If the goods have already been delivered to the purchaser, he must return them at his own expense to the address given in point 1 of these terms and conditions.

A flat-rate cancellation fee of CHF 10 will be deducted to cover administrative and commission costs.

No refunds can be made once the purchaser has used the Passeport Beauté at least once, or if the purchase is more than 7 days old.

  1. Price

Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT.

Payment can be made by :

  • Twint
  • Paypal
  • Postcard, Post eFinance
  • Diners Club
  1. Data protection

Subject to the provisions of these GTC to the contrary, the boutique recognizes the confidentiality of the information that the purchaser communicates to it at the time of the order and undertakes not to divulge this information to third parties.

The buyer has the right to access and rectify any personal data concerning him/her. To exercise these rights, the user should contact the store, providing proof of identity.

  1. Changes to the GTC

The store may modify these GTC. It will inform buyers of any changes made to the site. The contractual relationship between the buyer and the store is governed by the version in force at the time the order is placed.

  1. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, the GTC in force at the time of purchase shall be used as the legal basis. These GTC are governed by Swiss law, in particular by Articles 184 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations, to the exclusion of any other foreign legislation.

The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland.
