You’ve been operational director of Cliniques Matignon for over 8 years. Why did you choose to focus your career on beauty, and more specifically on this approach to aesthetics?
I come from the hotel business, which is a very people-oriented profession. A service profession where availability, empathy and understanding of customer needs must be part of your daily routine.
In 2003, when I had the opportunity to offer my hospitality experience in an aesthetic clinic, I realized that in the end, there wasn’t a world of difference; on the contrary, there were many similarities in what I call “the art of pleasing”.
