INTERVIEW
SABRINA FRANCET: MY BODY, MY HOME, MY TEMPLE
The month of October is traditionally linked to the fight against breast cancer. We wanted to put it in the spotlight by meeting Sabrina, who told us about her experience with the disease and the impact it has had on her perception of her body and her life.
She also talked to us about balance, alignment, resourcing… notions that have become part of the daily personal and professional life of this multi-talented woman. A radiant portrait to be read without delay!
As a personal development coach, you help many women to realize their potential, to love themselves and to take their place. What drew you to this path?
I’ve always been fascinated by human beings and life stories, the relationships between men and women and within families. Even when I was very young, I was the kind of girlfriend you could easily confide your problems to. And the fact that I feel comfortable in my femininity, and that I’ve always claimed to be a free woman, is perhaps one of the reasons why other women want to work with me. After an initial career in communications and the media, this transition came very naturally to me, and the creation of my firm “inspiring evolution” was an obvious choice.
